Bio

Chris is a seasoned health care leader and public health professional with significant experience in community-based service delivery. She has worked both within health and human service organizations, and with interagency and governmental collaborations to promote improved health via development of programs to improve integrated and coordinated care for vulnerable populations. Chris holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Masters in Community Health Nursing and is Adjunct Faculty at Salve Regina University. She serves on a number of boards including RI Elder Mental Health and Addiction Coalition, STTI Nursing Honor Society, the Executive Board for the RI Alzheimer’s State Plan, and is currently President of the RI Public Health Association.

Bio

As the CFO and COO, Rob oversees all of CareLink’s Back office operations, finances, and working closely with the CEO and Board

of Directors on business strategy. Rob joined CareLink in October 2019 and brings vast business acumen and experience from prior roles in Healthcare and Retail.

Rob graduated a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Rhode Island. Rob serves as the Chairman of the Board of Contracts and Purchasing in Cranston as well as a committee member on Cranston’s Planning Commission. Additionally, Rob can be found on soccer fields enjoying time watching his three children play the sport he grew up also playing.

Eric Franklin

Bio

As the Director of Rehabilitation, Eric oversees clinical services intended to support CareLink members and non-member agencies in their provision of quality care of their clients. Eric has been employed at CareLink since 2005 and has been working closely with its members to help build some of the most reputable short-term rehabilitation programs in Rhode Island. He also helped to create an outpatient rehabilitation business which specializes in working with older adults, and is currently in the process of adding Respiratory Therapy into CareLink’s list of offered services.

Eric graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University where he was elected to Pi Theta Epsilon Occupational Therapy Honor Society. He has over 20 years of experience working primarily with the aging population to help improve their quality of life. Eric has served on various advisory boards including Bryant University’s new Doctor of Physical Therapy board as well as the RI Oral Health Commission; Long Term Care Sub-Committee.

Bio

Adderlin is a public health professional with nonprofit and public health experience in program development. She has worked with various community stakeholders and organizations to expand and develop programs to increase access to health care services for underserve populations. Adderlin holds a Master in Public Health.

Robyn Earley

Bio

Robyn Earley is a Speech-Language Pathologist and health care administrator who received her BA in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Florida and her MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from San Diego State University. She has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare leader in a variety of settings including long-term acute care, subacute rehab, outpatient, home health, hospice, long-term care and senior housing. Robyn served as the founder and head of a large Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology team at a Harvard Medical School affiliated health care continuum. As part of that experience, she established, directed and served as the clinical specialist for a Videoflouroscopy program. In addition to her speech pathology experience, Robyn is a certified LEAN/Six-Sigma green belt. Robyn also developed and successfully pitched the adoption of an employee wellness plan to her healthcare organization as part of an executive training program. Professionally, Robyn was active in both institutional and organizational ethics boards including serving as a consultant within her institution. Most recently, Robyn worked in business development and as a clinical specialist for an established mobile healthcare company. Within the community, Robyn was active in the Junior League of Boston, sponsoring and then chairing their partnership with Dress for Success Boston. In her spare time, Robyn is a competitive sailboat racer, avid snowboarder and overall outdoor enthusiast.

Bio

Colleen joined Carelink on 9/23/2019 coming from a sales position in the wireless industry. She was a pharmaceutical representative for twenty years. A large portion of those years were spent working with Nursing Homes in Rhode Island. Colleen has also held sales positions in the industrial packaging & shipping, janitorial, maintenance, and safety supplies field.

Currently married and have 4 children. Colleen has held volunteer positions with the Seekonk School system as the Parents Advisory Committee President as well as Treasurer for the Seekonk Athletic Boosters Club.

Nanor Antreassian

Bio

Nanor Antreassian graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University. After graduating, she started working in HR at nonprofit schools in Massachusetts. During this time, she received her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 2019, Nanor moved to Rhode Island where she began working for CareLink as the Human Resources Generalist, shortly after, being promoted to Human Resources Business Partner.

Nanor grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts where she became heavily involved in the Armenian community in Watertown. Nanor is currently a Rhode Island Chapter member of a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenian children in Armenia, Artsakh, Javakh, Lebanon, and Syria: the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR). She is also a member of the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA), which connects, inspires, and empowers Armenian women throughout the world to bring about positive change in their lives and in their communities.
