Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders

NOW AVAILABLE TO RHODE ISLAND RESIDENTS

Through the generous grant support of the Administration on Community Living, CareLink will provide evidence-based therapeutic programs for residents of Rhode Island who are living with dementia. These programs take place in the comfort of a resident’s home (or if preferred, in our outpatient clinic) and are free of charge.

Our specially trained Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists will provide personalized services to assist individuals live comfortably and safely at home with greater independence, and with more resources and skills for an improved quality of life.

CareLink professionals will deliver proven therapeutic interventions with no out-of-pocket costs for participants and their care partners or care givers, Skills2Care® and Cognitive Stimulation Therapy.
