Family Member/Caregiver

ADPI Dementia Program

CareLink’s specially trained Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists provide two evidence-based interventions for older adults with memory impairment.

Programs available at no out-of-pocket cost thanks to generous grant funding from the Administration for Community living.

Qualifications to participate:
• RI resident
• Living in the community
• Cognitive impairment

Benefits to participation for both participant and care giver:
• Increased independence
• Improved safety at home
• Enhanced mood
• Improvement in cognitive skills and communication
• Quality of life improvements
