Chris holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Masters in Community Health Nursing and is Adjunct Faculty at Salve Regina University and Brown University School of Public Health. She serves on several boards including RI’s Long Term Coordinating Council, the Governor’s Commission on Aging, the Governor’s Council on Behavioral Health, the Executive Board for the RI Alzheimer’s State Plan, and is Immediate Past President of the RI Public Health Association. Kwame has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University.

Robyn has been a Speech-Language Pathologist and Post-Acute and community-based care administrator specializing in the care of older adults for over 20 years. Robyn served as the founder and head of a large Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology team and a member of senior leadership at a Harvard Medical School-affiliated health care continuum. Robyn received her BA in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Florida and her MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from San Diego State University. She was a graduate of Hebrew Seniorlife University, a 15-month executive training program which supported the development and launch of the HSL employee wellness program. While at HSL, Robyn was certified as a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt. Robyn is a licensed SLP in MA, RI and CT and is a Certified Dementia practitioner. Within the community, Robyn serves on the board of the RISHA and serves as the RI State Advocate for Reimbursement. THC. In her spare time, Robyn is a competitive sailboat racer, avid snowboarder and overall outdoor enthusiast.

She has worked primarily in health and human service organizations and implemented three large Federal grants aimed at improving access and care for vulnerable populations. Sandra holds a master’s in nursing administration and leadership. She serves on the board of the RI Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association and is appointed member of the RI Long Term Care Coordinating Council. She maintains certification as a Dementia Practitioner and a developmental disabilities nurse. She volunteers with her local Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Laura is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in industries ranging from for-profit technology and defense to non-profit insurance and healthcare organizations of various sizes. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from URI and a Master’s Degree in Theatre History and Literature from the University at Albany and is happy to put both degrees to good use every day. Additionally, Laura has achieved credentials including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the People Analytics Specialty Credential from SHRM, and has been featured as a speaker at both local and national conferences. In her spare time Laura can be found working on a hand-embroidery project on the sidelines of youth soccer games and serving as chauffer to her two very busy boys.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, Eric oversees clinical services intended to support CareLink members and non-member agencies in their provision of quality care of their clients. Eric has been employed at CareLink since 2005 and has been working closely with its members to help build some of the most reputable short-term rehabilitation programs in Rhode Island. He also helped to create an outpatient rehabilitation business which specializes in working with older adults, and is currently in the process of adding Respiratory Therapy into CareLink’s list of offered services.

Eric graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University where he was elected to Pi Theta Epsilon Occupational Therapy Honor Society. He has over 20 years of experience working primarily with the aging population to help improve their quality of life. Eric has served on various advisory boards including Bryant University’s new Doctor of Physical Therapy board as well as the RI Oral Health Commission; Long Term Care Sub-Committee. [/expand]

Colleen is a seasoned healthcare professional executive pharmaceutical sales representative with over twenty years of experience. A large portion of those years were spent working with Nursing Homes in Rhode Island. Colleen has also held sales positions in the industrial packaging & shipping, janitorial, maintenance, and safety supplies field. Colleen graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State University. Colleen has held volunteer positions with the Seekonk School system as the Parents Advisory Committee President as well as Treasurer for the Seekonk Athletic Boosters Club for many years. Colleen received the 2015 St. Hilaire Community Service Award which recognizes individuals who have had a long career of extraordinary service for the residents of the Town of Seekonk.

Kelley received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island and went on to receive her degree in Physical Therapy from Bay State College. Kelley has worked in various Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout RI as a Physical Therapist Assistant where she developed her love for working with the geriatric population. Prior to taking on her new role as the Director of Community Programs, Kelley managed a federally-funded grant through the Administration for Community Living which is focused on bringing evidence-based programs to people living with dementia and their caregivers. When she is not at work, Kelley enjoys skiing, golfing and being a mom to her two little ones.

Sandra received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Franklin Pierce University. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2017 and became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy in 2023. She has been a physical therapist with CareLink since 2017 in the skilled nursing setting. In 2023, she served as the Wellness Department manager before transitioning to her current role of Director of Clinical Services in 2024. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2014. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys reading, spending time in nature and playing the guitar.

He built his expertise in practice management through various roles before joining CareLink as a Project Manager, and then taking on the expanded responsibilities of his current role as Practice Director. When he’s not at CareLink, Daniel is a musician and plays a number of percussion instruments.

Dr. Jeffrey Dodge

Dr. Dodge received is BA in Biology from St. Michael’s College and his DMD from Tufts Dental School. In addition to his role as a dentist at CareLink, Dr. Dodge maintains a private practice in General Dentistry in Woonsocket. He has a strong back ground in serving the most vulnerable patients in our society. Dr. Dodge believes in collaboration and maintains connections with the RI Department of Health where he serves on numerous workgroups, including The Long Term Care Group, which brings together stakeholders from across the country, via teleconference, to discuss and share best practices. He is the Founder and President of the Rhode Island Oral Health Foundation, which sponsors the Rhode Island Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic, held annually. Dr. Dodge has served as the Associate Director of an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program, and is also an adjunct professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dodge is a Past President of the Rhode Island Dental Association and also served on the RI State Board of Dental Examiners, where he was the Chair. Dr. Dodge has the distinction of Fellowship in the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. In Dr. Dodge’s off hours he enjoys cooking and exploring the less traveled roads of New England, especially coastal Maine.

Matt was appointed President & CEO of Saint Elizabeth Community on July 1, 2020, after serving as Chief Operating Officer of Saint Elizabeth Community since 2015. As COO he had oversight of the operating entities Saint Elizabeth Home (SNF), Saint Elizabeth Manor (SNF), Saint Elizabeth Court (AL), Saint Elizabeth Place (HUD Housing), Saint Elizabeth Terrace (HUD Housing) and the four adult day centers for Cornerstone Adult Services. Matt also headed up the development and opening of the four GREEN HOUSE Homes at Saint Elizabeth Home which opened in 2017. He held the position of Administrator of Saint Elizabeth Home from 1997 until 2015. In 2001, he was responsible for overseeing the development of the new Saint Elizabeth Home building in East Greenwich, and for helping residents in Providence successfully transfer to the new home. He began his professional career with Saint Elizabeth Community in 1994 as an Intern / Assistant Administrator.
Matt is a 2012, Theta II Class, graduate of Leadership Rhode Island, is a
former Chair of LeadingAge RI and has previously served as Vice Chair,
Treasurer and Secretary. Matt is an active member of the American College of
Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). He is a past president of the Rhode
Island Chapter of ACHCA and has previously served as vice president and
treasurer. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors of Healthcentric
Advisors, the state’s Quality Improvement Organization for the Centers of
Medicare Services (CMS). Matt serves on the national board for the Green
House Project. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of New
Hampshire with a degree in health management and policy. Matt is an avid
golfer and outdoorsman. A proud father of two, Matt enjoys time with family,
and volunteers coaching his children in recreational sports.

Diana Franchitto, president and CEO of HopeHealth, has been astrong, leading voice in hospice, palliative and home care for more than a decade. Serving Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, HopeHealth is one of the largest non-profit hospice, palliative care and home care organizations in New England. The HopeHealth family of services includes HopeHealth Hospice, Palliative Care, HopeHealth Visiting Nurse, HopeHealth Dementia and Alzheimer’s Services, HopeHealth PediPal and the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center. At HopeHealth, Ms. Franchitto facilitated an academic affiliation to become the major teaching affiliate for hospice and palliative
medicine of the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. In addition, Ms. Franchitto established palliative care partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies and payers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Franchitto held a variety of senior leadership positions at Caritas Christi Health Care (the predecessor organization to Steward Health Care), then the second largest healthcare system in Massachusetts, where she was responsible for marketing, communications, public affairs and network development. Ms. Franchitto has an MBA and a bachelor of science in business administration from Bentley University, Waltham, Massachusetts. Colette is a highly-accomplished executive with strong leadership skills in corporate healthcare, skilled home health services, acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and hospice care. She is currently employed at Scandinavian Communities as the Executive Director. Prior to working at Scandinavian Communities, Ms. Silverman served as the Director of Corporate Quality at Cape Cod Healthcare and Chief Administrative Officer at Visiting
Nursing Association of Cape Cod. Her passion for geriatric care began when she worked at the Federal Hill Senior Center during high school and grew as her career began as a speech-language pathologist. This passion is currently evident in her current role as Executive Director. She believes in a collaborative approach in leading her staff through the various challenges in the recent years with the pandemic. Ms. Silverman possesses a B.A. in Speech Pathology from Valparaiso University and a Masters of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from Western Michigan University. She is licensed as a speech-language pathologist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator in Rhode Island. She is a board member on LeadingAge RI
serving as the Treasurer, and a board member on the Rhode Island Nursing Home Group serving as Treasurer.

day services facility to a multi-centered organization with five locations in
Rhode Island. Roberta is a cofounder of a women’s shelter in Massachusetts
and a cofounder of the Rhode Island chapter of the national Alzheimer’s
Association. A graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in social work, she continued her education, earning a law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Roberta has devoted her entire professional career to care issues regarding frail elders and adults with disabilities and Alzheimer’s
disease. She is a past president of Rhode Island Adult Day Services Association, past Board Chair of CareLink, and a former member of the PACE board.
