CareLink offers:

Psychiatry- Provides consultation and medication management virtually. Our clinical provider has extensive experience providing services to older adults and adults with I/DD. CareLink uses a consultative model that partners with your onsite medical providers in long term care. May prescribe for settings providing care for individuals with I/DD.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- Provides consultation services without medication prescribing. Services are delivered using a hybrid model. Both counseling and medication management services are offered.

LICSW-Provides counseling services. CareLink is currently recruiting for this position. This provider type will be incorporated into the practice to provide additional support.
