CareLink Celebrates CVS Hometown Fund Grant: A Boost for Rhode Island Communities

We are thrilled to announce that CareLink has been selected as one of the recipients of the CVS Health Foundation Hometown Fund grant! This initiative, spearheaded by CVS Health Corp., aims to bolster community organizations across Rhode Island with $1 million in general operating support grants.
CareLink joins a prestigious group of 20 organizations receiving $50,000 each from this year’s fund. This financial support will empower us to continue our mission of [briefly describe CareLink’s mission or impact].
Here at CareLink, we are deeply honored to be recognized alongside other esteemed Rhode Island organizations such as Adoption Rhode Island, Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island Inc., and Youth Pride Inc.
